Our Refund Policy
Returns and Replacements
Due to the nature of food and consumable products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered. However, replacements or refunds may be provided in the following cases:
- Damaged product received
- Wrong item delivered
- Product leakage during transit
- Missing items in the package
Reporting an Issue
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos/videos of the product and package
- A brief description of the issue
Our support team will review the request and provide a suitable resolution.
Refund Process
Once your request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–7 business days
- In some cases, a replacement product may be shipped instead of a refund
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be applicable in the following situations:
- Product opened or used
- Delay caused by courier services beyond our control
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
